The only additional cost is your domain name. If we acquire the name for you, the first year is free; after that, it averages $12 a year.

You can cancel your plan at any time. When you cancel your plan, we will continue to support your site until your plans end date. Once the plan is officially canceled, we will transfer the site to your account and you will take over the fees associated with hosting your website.

After purchasing a plan, our team will reach out within 1 business day. From there we typically get sites edited and launched within a few days however it depends on how quickly you can get our team the content needed to launch the site.

Not for you! We absorb the cost to host the website so you don’t need to worry about it.

Our team will provide you with up to 3 monthly updates for the following items:

• Text changes
• Image changes
• Video changes
• Icon changes
• Color changes

Our team will not update things like:

• Adding new pages
• Adding or modifying code
• Installing new apps or functionality
• Adding new sections or designs to existing pages

For changes not included, we recommend upgrading to a website maintenance package that includes more types of updates, a dedicated account team and dedicated SLA’s.
